Classes/Events

 

Check dates carefully before booking; orders are non-refundable. If unable to attend, contact us. We will try to find a replacement but are not contractually obligated. Substitutes are allowed. Classes must be paid in full prior to the start. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments are made via credit/debit card or PayPal; we do not store bank details.

 

Refunds for Goods

 

Goods can be returned within 14 working days. Refunds are for the item cost only; postage is non-refundable. For faulty or damaged items, contact us for a refund or replacement within 30 working days. Use a trackable service for returns. Items must be in saleable condition with original packaging.

 

Other T&Cs for Goods Sold

 

Stock may not be updated at the time of purchase; delays or refunds may occur. Pricing and stock errors may lead to order cancellations until the correct amount is paid.

 

Sewing Machine Guarantees

 

Janome machines include a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee (excluding wear and tear parts). Contact us in the first instance for any machine issues.

 

Intellectual Property

 

Create and Sew Studio is a registered trademark. Website content and class materials cannot be reproduced without consent.

 

Amendments

 

Create and Sew Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
