Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and processed within 3 working days. If it is a busy period, for example during a sale, processing
time may extend to 5 days.

Royal Mail 2nd class - £3.50

Royal Mail 1st class - £6.50

Currently we only ship UK ONLY

If a parcel is particularly heavy, there may be a surcharge for postage. We will always email you before shipping the order to ask if you
would like to pay the surcharge or would prefer to cancel the order.

CLICK + COLLECT

You can collect your order from our STUDIO once the order has been placed and we will message you to say when it is ready for you to
collect.

We can then arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order.

RETURNS

We strive to give as accurate photographs and descriptions of fabrics as we possibly can, but if you have extra questions about anything
please do get in touch.

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric. Please contact us with photographs of the fault if possible by emailing [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, full name and
a description of the fault.
